This comprehensive content management system was used to capture customer survey responses for a Fortune 100 retailer. CaptureIt developed the survey form to optimize data collection and maximize survey response rates by providing the survey in a user friendly layout using Optical Mark Recognition (OMR), then depositing responses into a database. The database then translated the responses to fit into our clients reporting and analytical systems.
Based on the overwhelming customer response rates (in excess of 30%), which provided significant customer-direct feedback, our client used the data to do strategic product planning.
