Jeff Lowenstein, President & CEO
After earning his degree from Santa Clara University, Jeff has worked in the business services arena for over eighteen years. In addition to managing a business services company he is also deeply involved with local community service based organizations.

Shawn DeLuna, COO
Shawn is a founding partner of OutsourceIt, Inc. and manages the human capital of OutsourceIt to ensure the company develops the best talent and flexible staff required to exceed our client's demands. He is a graduate of Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA.

Richard DeLuna, Chairman
Richard is an entrepreneur who has started several business ventures and is a founding partner in OutsourceIt, Inc. guiding long range strategy for the company. Dick sits on the Board of Directors of Borel Bank and is a Trustee at Saint Mary's College.

Jennifer Curras, Vice President
Jennifer is a UC Berkeley graduate who joined OutsourceIt, Inc. shortly after its inception and has twenty years of corporate management experience. Jennifer analytical skill has benefited all of our clients by providing process improvement mixed with business analysis resulting in successful process management.

Richard Silveira, Sales Manager
Richard brings an extensive background of sales and sales management experience to OutsourceIt, Inc. from his many years as an executive with Xerox Corporation. He has been affiliated with OutsourceIt, Inc for the last two years specializing in client development and marketing projects related to new business development. Richard is a graduate of Saint Mary's College.
